To all owners and residents along the south side (#26 to 50), the sidewalks are going in as fast as weather permits. The roadway repairs will have to wait until spring for repair. We also hope to finish the final stretch of watermain (west and north sides, roughly #56 to #12 early next year.

Tuesday May 30th. We are waiting to hear back from discussions between the management office and the City's Waste Management Services about the waste pick up tomorrow. Truck access during road closure is the problem.

Re Waste/Recycling pickup. Management office is working with the contractor and the City's Waste Management Services, and we hope to have some advice and instructions in time for this Wednesday's pickup. Watch this space and the front page for developments.

(Apologies to the several owners who wrote good comments. We were the subject of an aggressive spam attack (possible virus related) from outside. We blocked that source successfully, but we lost some of the comments as well).

Watermain replacement from #26/85 to #50/72: This is planned to start May 29. Work will be carried out in 5 phases from E to W (check the Environment & Upkeep page. Parking may be a problem, as the church parking next door is not taking any more subscribers. The phase-in system should involve a maximum of 10 units (phase 3) others fewer, but we hope the visitors lot will accommodate the displaced vehicles. If not, we may have to designate some of the green areas for temporary parking (with additional costs to repair the turf).
